Decorate A Cupcake - In Store Event
Halloween event! - Ghost themed.
Service Description
Join us at Mrs Barnes' Bakery for our delightful Seaside Themed Cupcake Decorating Event running through out the summer, perfect for little ones aged 2 and up! In just 20-30 minutes, your child will create a delicious seaside-inspired cupcake using our all-inclusive decoration kit. They will even get a cupcake themed sticker set to decorate their bag, or take home! The event cost covers the space for one child, with their guardian; please note, additional adults can only join if extra space is reserved due to our limited facilities. If you wish to decorate a cupcake as well, then you'll need to book an additional space. We have 8 spaces per session (we base this on 4 children with 4 guardians). However, if you're a group that makes 8 and needs more than 4 cupcake kits, please message us as we can take payment on the day for the additional kits. We can also accommodate vegan or gluten free, please specify on the booking form. We also offer a takeaway kit, which can be completed at the comfort of your own home! This needs to be orders via the following link: Just a reminder we do not have toilet facilities for customers.
Cancellation Policy
**THIS IS NOT A TAUGHT CLASS - YOU ARE PROVIDED A KIT TO MAKE YOUR OWN SEASIDE INSPIRED CUPCAKE.** ​ Event duration: approx 30 mins. We ask you to arrive on the hour due to previous sessions and will require the seat back after 45mins. If you are late to the event or unable to attend, we cannot guarantee the space if it has passed the 45 min and we cannot exchange for an alternative day. We can however provide you with the bits to take home and complete.​​ ​ You need to book a session for each person wanting to decorate a cupcake. We cannot guarantee the space if you arrive wanting additional people to decorate as we have a small cakery. We ask only 1 adult attends with 1 child due to space available. We cannot guarantee the space for additional adults. You are not to leave the child unattended for this activity. Each takeaway kit includes everything you need to make your very own seaside inspired cupcake! They will even get a cupcake themed sticker set to decorate their bag, or take home! We can also accommodate vegan or gluten free, please specify when booking. You will get a choice of vanilla or chocolate, DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY! For allergen options, they will always be vanilla. **PLEASE NOTE** - Even if the product does not contain an allergen ingredient, they are made in a kitchen where all allergens are used.
