By purchasing a ticket to one of our cake school classes, means you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

All our classes are currently held at our shop, which is at 311 Eastwood Road North, Leigh on Sea SS9 4LT.

Each class will have a specific start time and each time you will be asked to attend 15 minutres before so we can start promptly. The classes vary in length, so please check this before purchasing your ticket. We understand that problems can occur and you may be late. We kindly ask you to contact us as soon as you are aware you are going to be late. Please note: we will not be able to admit anyone to a class who is more than 30 mins late from the advertised start time, as it is unlikely that you will be able to catch up and you could affect the enjoyment and learning experiences of the other students. Under such circumstances, we will not be able to offer a refund or an alternative date.

Once you have booked a class the space is held for you. These classes are very limited and money will be lost for cancelling slots, we do not offer a refund or rescheduling after 2 weeks before the event.

Whilst we can accommodate for allergies, we do use most allergies in our kitchen, so please contact us to discuss further.

​

If you are attending as a group, please message us and we may be able to accommodate putting you together, however this can not be guaranteed.

Use of photography/videos

Whilst we are happy for photos to be taken of the classes , you are not allowed to video any of our classes.

We may take our own photos for promotional use, if you do not want your face to be used then please make this clear when booking your ticket.
