Victoria Sponge
Mrs B's Victoria sponge cake consists of 2 layers of vanilla sponge, sandwiching raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream, finished with dried raspberries.
We can make this vegan and/or gluten free too!
This design reflects the cake shown, and while some variations may occur based on size selected, the overall presentation remains consistent.

Even if the product does not contain an allergen ingredient, they are made in a kitchen where all allergens are used.

- All products are made in the same kitchen.
- Free from ingredients are stored separately from our non allergen ingredients.
- We prepare our free from products at a separate time to the non allergen products (we bake free from products first).
- We check ingredients used and do not use "may contain gluten products"
- Equipment and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned before using.
