Collection will be from our shop: 311 Eastwood Road North on either Thursday 13th or Friday 14th Feb 9am - 5 pm.
We will always do our best to prevent cross contamination. Please read the following steps we put in place to prevent this before making your decision to order our free from range.

- All products are made in the same kitchen.

- Free from ingredients are stored seperetly from our non allergen ingredients.

- We prepare our free from products at a seperate time to the non allergen products (we bake free from products first).

- We check ingredients used and do not use "may contain gluten products"

- Equipment and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned before using.

Whilst we put all the above steps in place, we cannot 100% guarenteed contamination occurs. If you have any further questions about this, please do not hesitate to email us or contact us via our social media.
Your order will be sent on Wednesday 12th February (unless specified otherwise) and can take up to 7 working days to receive. We send our parcels for next day, however there can be delays, which we cannot control..

The parcels contents will have a minimal shelf life of 7 days, please make sure it is stored correctly.

We get a tracking number for each delivery so if it is not receieved after 7 days, please contact us and we can advise where your order is.
