Pick up only collection is from our shop: 311 Eastwood Road North SS9 4LT. Tuesday 12 - 5pm, Wednesday - Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm.

If you have requested a day out of this, we will contact to change to a day we are open or cancel.

The images shown may include toppings with gluten/dairy/eggs/gelatine, however if a dietary option is chosen then we ensure the correct toppings are used. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Letter/Number Cookie Cake

You can have a plain cookie or include milk chocolate chunks, buttercream, a name plaque and up to three toppings of your choice ... we fill in the rest.

Buttercream

You can find a full list of our buttercream flavours in the images section on this page. Please be aware that additional charges apply for more premium buttercream flavours such as Nutella, Biscoff or Bueno.

Toppings

We pretty much have a sweet shop so your toppings can pretty much be anything ... sweets/chocolates/biscuits!

If we have a problem sourcing them then we will contact you. Please be aware that additional charges apply for more premium toppings such as Ferrero Rocher, Lindt, Raffaelo or Fruit.

Double Numbers

If you want a double number (e.g 18) then you need to order 2 cookies! Add both numbers and add a note on the order, this can be done when paying.

Let us know which day you would like to collect and we will contact you to confirm the collection time. Please refer to the title to see how many days notice we need for this product.

Collection will be from our shop : 311 Eastwood Road North SS9 4LT. We are open 9am - 4pm Tuesday - Saturday. Collections for a Tuesday have to be between 12pm and 4pm.
We will always do our best to prevent cross contamination. Please read the following steps we put in place to prevent this before making your decision to order our free from range.

All products are made in the same kitchen.

Free from ingredients are stored separately from our non allergen ingredients.

We prepare our free from products at a separate time to the non allergen products (we bake free from products first).

We check ingredients used and do not use "may contain gluten products"

Equipment and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned before using.
